A Twirling Skirt

There was a size 10 hand-me-down dress in my six-year-old's closet.

It hung forlorn and unworn.

That would never do!

I cut it off and made a casing for 1 inch wide elastic.

And now it is a skirt.

When you are six, you can never have enough twirling skirts.
